Teami Blends is a lifestyle brand which creates wellness and skincare products inspired by the health benefits of tea! Located in the sunny Tampa Bay area, we are looking for experienced, intelligent, and highly driven individuals who want to be part of our Retail Sales Team!

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sale of our wellness and skincare products to brick and mortar stores, like salons, boutiques, and health food stores, as well as online shops and national and international distributors! You will be responsible for maintaining good relations and building accounts with all kinds of retailers! You will be contacting business owners through email and phone to get our product into their stores!

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous sales or account management experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you know you are a natural born seller and closer, please apply!
  • Experience in building and maintaining great relationships with clients
  • Highly motivated and goal driven!
  • Familiarity with CRM functions, we use HUBSPOT!
  • No fear of technology – comfortable online and with software
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and more
  • No fear of getting on phone calls and communicating to clients
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Must be a follow-up maniac! Always be closing!
  • Ability to create and deliver sales pitches to a variety of store owners like health food stores, boutiques, beauty stores and more.
  • Self-starter, motivated and shows initiative so you can deliver on weekly and monthly targets!

Base hourly: $13-$15 per hour.

Eligible for increased hourly pay based on performance after 6 months.


After 30 days you will be eligible for bonuses based off your performance and sales. Our bonuses have no cap and can range $200-$2,000+/month based fully off your production and ownership in the role!


The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position is full-time and in-house.
